Peer Resources empowers youth to see themselves as worthy, as having significant voice, and to act as leaders right now. We believe that young people are not only our future, they are our right now.

We empower youth by creating a community
We work alongside them to impact the education system so that all youth know they belong in schools and our larger community.
Our Programs
Peer Leaders Program
This program in collaboration with SFUSD supports middle and high school aged youth to do peer-to-peer advocacy, conflict mediations, and transformative institutional change in their schools.
Educator Pathway Program
Programs part of the Educator Pathway Program serve students from 14-to early adulthood in gaining access and skills for life post high school with an emphasis on youth development and educator work.
